Disappointed with this company. Same old issue trying to charge an unfair price for a simple fix or rope you into buying a new unit that’s not needed. I was quoted $1100 to replace a $200 control board. I then ordered the part on Amazon and installed it myself in an hour, which would have probably taken a pro only 30 minutes. The technician who showed up was nice enough and diagnosed the problem, but put a screw in my door switch and ruined it. You owe me a door switch. Just charge a fair price for the job required.
